Social
Social Nights
Sport-first social nights. No partner needed, no experience required.
Venue services
Placed in your building, serviced by vetted independent operators.
Vending
Guests leave the building for a drink or a snack, and some of them do not come back. The venue either carries inventory and staffing it does not want, or it loses the spend entirely.
Creative & Marketing Services
Your events happen and no one outside the building sees them. Hiring a photographer, a video crew, and someone for social means managing three relationships for one night.
Event Catering
An event needs food and the venue either turns its own kitchen into an event kitchen, or manages a caterer it has never worked with. Both eat the day the venue should be spending on the event itself.
Cellular Coverage
When the room fills, the wifi buckles. Card readers hang, streams drop mid-event, and guests walk outside to make a call.
Live Music and DJ
An event needs music and the venue is left cold-calling DJs, checking whether they are real, and hoping the fit matches the room. One bad booking damages the venue's night, not the DJ's.
Digital Displays
The venue promotes its own events on paper, a whiteboard, and word of mouth. Local businesses that would pay to reach that room have nowhere to buy, so that money goes somewhere else.
Recovery & Massage
Members finish and leave. Nothing holds them on site afterward, so the venue captures none of the spend that happens in the hour after play.
Racquet Programming
Courts sit empty on the nights nobody books, and running leagues in-house costs staff time, scheduling, and dispute handling the venue does not have capacity for.
Cornhole Programming
Open floor or field time generates nothing, and a low-barrier format that gets casual players in the door takes organizing effort nobody on staff has.
Ultimate Frisbee Programming
Field time sits unbooked outside league season, and the venue has no organizer to fill it with recurring play.
Group Travel
The event fills the calendar and overwhelms the lot. Attendees circle for parking, arrive scattered across an hour, and the ones coming from farthest out decide it is not worth the drive.
Event Equipment Rental
Backyard weddings, company picnics and community days all want lawn games, and almost nobody wants to buy them for one afternoon. Rental quotes price attended delivery into everything, so a single set can arrive costing more than the rest of the setup combined.
Looking for a date rather than a category?
The events calendar carries everything with a date on it.
