Private Racquet Ladder
Structured competition built and run for one group. Singles, doubles, or mixed doubles, in tennis, padel, pickleball, or badminton. Law firms and companies, fitness and racquet clubs, alumni and tennis circles, or a group of friends who want real competition without organizing it themselves.
Full setup, live standings and brackets, and a dedicated director who runs the season start to finish. Players self-schedule inside a 6 to 8 week window, so it flexes around billable hours and travel. Waivers collected, inactive players managed, nothing lands on your side. Run more than one division at once if the group is big enough.
Proof it works: we ran this format publicly twice in Spring 2026, in both singles and doubles. The Singles Ladder ran April 1 to May 31 across four divisions with 27 players and 51 matches played, finishing with a full round robin and playoff bracket through a championship final. The Doubles Ladder ran May 18 to June 19 on an open draw with partner placement handled by us. Both ran on self-scheduled play with no fixed match nights.

Sports Leagues
DO NOT PUBLISH AS WRITTEN. DELIVERY GATE, per Andrew 8/2/2026, same gate that sits on the Volleyball Programming placement: non-racquet sports cannot run standalone yet. No director, no coordinator, no venue with confirmed access, no delivered season. Racquet is the only sport with proof.
WHY THE GATE EXISTS: advertising team-league availability without a director means the season either does not run or it lands on Andrew's calendar. That is the outcome L0 exists to prevent.
WHAT WOULD UNGATE IT: a director on the split-based payout model who removes the operations entirely, a venue with confirmed access, and one pilot delivered end to end before anything is described as standing.
SUPERSEDED 8/7/2026: an earlier version of this blurb named eleven sports as forming at Next Level and implied availability. That contradicted this gate and has been replaced. Do not restore it.
SEQUENCING NOTE: volleyball is the closest non-racquet format to the racquet model, so it is the strongest candidate to go second. That is sequencing, not permission.

Singles Ladder
Seasonal singles ladder divisions grouped by skill level and gender. Players schedule their own matches inside a fixed season window and climb the standings toward a playoff cutoff. Built for adults who want real competition without a fixed weekly match night.
Spring 2026 ran four divisions and 27 players, with 51 matches played between March 31 and May 22. Two divisions reached playoff seeding and one completed its full round robin and playoff bracket through a championship final. Standings and results are public for every season we run.
Fall 2026 play opens September 14 and closes November 8, with playoffs the week after.

Racquet Lessons

Onward Upward Run Club
A free Saturday morning run in West Chester, open to everyone. All paces welcome, walkers and first-timers included. No fee, no membership, no pace requirement.
Runs Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM, weekly. The group starts once six people have RSVP'd. Reserve a spot and the start date and meeting point are emailed to you as soon as six is reached.
Expect a friendly group run on a flat, walkable route, with coffee after for anyone who wants to stay. Bring a friend, a stroller, or a dog on a short leash. The meeting spot and route go out by email rather than being posted publicly.
Court Availability for Tennis Pros
Reliable court access for independent teaching professionals, across partner venues, without holding a venue contract.
**The problem this solves**
A pro without a club affiliation cannot get dependable court time. Students do not keep rebooking around a coach who cannot promise a court, so the lost student is the real cost, not the phone calls.
On the other side, weekday daytime courts sit empty. They earn nothing and cost the same to run as prime time.
Onward Upward Sports & Events matches the two. You get consistent access. The venue gets hours it was writing off.
**How it works**
You tell us the days and times you need. We hold the venue relationships and handle booking and scheduling across multiple partner venues, so your access is not capped by one location. You bring your students and run your own sessions. Lesson content, scheduling with your students, and your rates stay yours.
**Pricing**
Off-Peak Court Hour, $64. Peak Court Hour, $79. Ten-Hour Court Pack, $649, fulfilled in daytime and off-peak windows. Monthly Pro Access, $239, for priority booking. Optional SEO and marketing support, $129 per month.
Court charges are stated separately from the booking service on every invoice. Venues, hours, and availability are confirmed at booking.
**What we ask of every pro**
Current certification, and general liability coverage naming the venue as additional insured. We confirm both before a court is booked, so no venue carries an unknown on its courts.
**If you run a venue**
Weekday daytime is the hardest court time to fill and the first revenue a facility writes off. We place vetted, insured professionals into those hours, at your rates and on your terms.
This does not compete with your own teaching staff. We work off-peak by design, we do not solicit your members, and your prime evening and weekend inventory stays entirely yours. You approve which hours are available and you can withdraw them at any time.

Racquet Ladders
Seasonal ladder divisions across tennis, padel, pickleball, and badminton, in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles. Players are placed by skill level and gender into divisions of five to ten, then schedule their own matches inside a fixed season window.
No weekly match night to hold open. Live standings, playoff eligibility, and a division group channel for scheduling and score reporting.
