Chief Operating Officer

Operating designation, not an ownership seat. Engaged as a 1099 independent contractor with no ownership or equity. Takes venue and partnership relationships opened by the President and operates, deepens, and scales them. Runs programming end to end, drives recruiting operations, and sources reps and staff. Co-sells and closes alongside the President, with a fifty-fifty referral split on co-landed leads. Authority is operational only, covering programming, venue execution, and talent sourcing and coordination. Recommends candidates with no approval or veto over hiring. The President may hire, post roles, and engage contractors directly without sign-off, and may override or reverse any decision in this role at any time. Compensation set with the finance advisor after role alignment. Alternate title: Director of Operations and Partnerships.
