1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to everyone who registers for an event, program, or league operated by Onward Upward Sports & Events, and to venues and partners who enter into a placement or programming arrangement with us.
2. Registration and eligibility
Registration is complete once payment is received and confirmed. Participants are responsible for providing accurate information at signup. Certain events carry age, skill, or venue-specific requirements listed on the event page.

4. Assumption of risk and waiver
Athletic and recreational activity carries inherent risk of injury. Participants may be required to sign a waiver before taking part in certain events. Where an event is held at a third-party venue, that venue's own rules and conduct policies also apply.
5. Conduct
Participants are expected to treat staff, venues, and other participants with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event without refund for conduct that endangers or disrupts others.
6. Media
Photography and video may be captured at events and used for promotional purposes. Requests to be excluded can be made in writing before the event.
