We use your information to process registrations and payments, administer leagues, ladders, lessons, tournaments, and events, communicate program updates and scheduling information, manage waivers and compliance records, provide customer support, send relevant program announcements and event drops, improve website performance and user experience, and maintain operational and financial records. We do not sell personal information.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Full payment card details stay with that processor and are held to its own security and compliance standards, including PCI-DSS. Operational messages related to active registrations may still be sent as required. Where you provide a mobile number, you agree to receive text messages about your registrations; reply STOP to any message to end them, and message and data rates may apply.

Events may include photography or video. Media may be used for website content, social media, recap videos, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to appear in media content, contact us in writing prior to the event or tell staff at check-in.
