Growth and Marketing Lead

What you do: Own brand, content, and event marketing that fill our programs and feed venue and partner growth across the region. You run the channels and drive registrations. We supply the brand, the events, and the systems.

Comp: 1099, commission and performance-based, tied to programs filled and revenue generated. No base salary.

Independent contractor terms. This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, not employment. You set your own schedule, methods, and tools. You remain free to work with other clients and are expected to be customarily engaged in an independently established business. Pay is commission and performance-based, carrying genuine opportunity for both profit and loss. There are no employee benefits, no paid time off, no workers' compensation, and no unemployment coverage. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. You supply your own equipment. No volume of work is assigned or guaranteed. The engagement is governed by a signed 1099 Independent Contractor Agreement, and a completed W-9 is required before any payment.

Who it suits: Marketers who back themselves on results. Not a salaried seat, and not a fit for anyone who needs a guaranteed check or daily direction.
