Onward Upward Sports & Events runs multi-sport leagues, tournaments, and social events across Greater Philadelphia, and hands you live, paying programs and the systems to manage them. You own game-day execution, player experience, and growth: scheduling, standings, scoring, check-in, on-site flow, and player retention across sports such as padel, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and soccer. Strong fit for an organized, reliable operator who stays calm under live event pressure, communicates clearly, and owns outcomes without close supervision. Available evenings and weekends when leagues run. Engaged as a 1099 independent contractor. Performance-based compensation tied to league participation and growth, paid per season, with room to expand into additional sports, venues, and revenue lanes as the company scales.
