Marketing Lead (Internal - Closed)

Operating designation, not a corporate officer appointment. Engaged as a 1099 independent contractor with no ownership or equity. Runs brand, demand, and event marketing that fill programs and support recruiting, under President strategy. Owns social and content, email, registration funnels, landing pages, and lead capture, and supports campus sourcing. Runs the marketing channels and calendar within President strategy and subject to President override. Hiring into this role rests with the President. Compensation set after role alignment. Engaged as 1099; convert to W-2 only if the holder works solely for the company, on set hours, under day-to-day direction.
