Sole owner and founder of Onward Upward Sports & Events, holding one hundred percent of the equity. Opens venue and partnership relationships at the top, sets direction and growth strategy, then hands established relationships to operations to run and scale. Owns banking, capital, and major financial decisions. Holds final and independent authority over strategy, spend, partnerships, and hiring, and may originate, post, approve, and onboard hires and engagements directly. No title, seat, or grant conveys any ownership or equity to any other person. Every authority below the President is delegated at the President's discretion and is revocable at any time.
