US Open 2026 Group Charter
You pick the trip. Onward Upward Sports & Events handles every piece of it. One coach, your group, round trip across Greater Philadelphia and Northern Delaware, with licensed motorcoach carriers holding DOT operating authority behind the wheel. Right now that means the US Open in Flushing Meadows, second week, September 8 through 13. You hold your own tickets. Quoted per coach once carrier availability is confirmed, and two weeks is the minimum lead time on any charter.

The US Open main draw runs Sunday August 30 through Sunday September 13. We are quoting the second week, September 8 through 13, which still has workable lead time on motorcoach availability.
Do I need tickets?
Yes. This is transport only. You hold your own session tickets, which keeps the price clean and means you are not waiting on us to source seats.
How many people?
A coach seats 40 to 56. Smaller groups can be quoted against smaller equipment.
Who drives?
A licensed motorcoach carrier with DOT operating authority. Onward Upward Sports & Events brokers the unit and coordinates the run. We do not own or operate vehicles.
What does it cost?
Quoted per unit once carrier availability is confirmed. There is no published seat price because coach pricing moves with date, distance, and driver hours.
Is a seat confirmed when I request?
No. Nothing is confirmed until a carrier is contracted and you have it from us in writing.
What do you need from me?
Preferred date in the September 8 to 13 window, pickup point, and approximate headcount.
